Fishing Licence for the Valencian fishing region can be obtained at the Conselleria in Alicante or most RURAL CAJA banks .

The price is € 7,66 (2005) valid for 1 year. The RURAL CAJA charges  € 5,00 extra for transmission costs .

Pensionists can obtain a free fishing licence, valid for 3 years at the Consellería de Medio Ambiente, Calle Churruca 44,  Alicante.
